We work extremely hard to ensure that you are 100% happy with the products that you receive from Custom DTF Transfer.
If you are unhappy with the products that you have received, don't hesitate to contact us to submit a request for a refund or reprint.
We will happily reprint goods that are...
a) damaged in transit;
b) there is a print quality or adherence issue;
c) the incorrect size to that specified or supplied in your order.
If you'd like a refund or reprint for another reason, it must be approved by Custom DTF Transfer first.
